The production of high-quality release liners requires many years of experience and qualification on the part of the machine operators as well as a high level of technical equipment in the production facilities. Ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement measures on systems and in processes ensure that the constantly growing demands on the liner can also be met in the future.
Depending on the availability of the respective raw material, Laufenberg can realize roll widths from 12 mm to 2350 mm. Coating is carried out on 4 modern systems with working widths of 1550 mm, 1900 mm, 2200 mm and 2400 mm.
