Laufenberg is also taking part in the “10 for Ukraine” campaign.
The donations are forwarded to the medical aid organization Action Medeor, which cooperates with a local hospital. All participating companies donate €10 for each of their employees. This is how a large sum is raised in Krefeld. The campaign is continuing and more companies are sure to be added.
Under the title “10 for Ukraine”, a broad alliance of well-known Krefeld companies has collected 50,000 euros for aid in Ukraine on the initiative of Stadtwerke Krefeld (SWK) and Nordbahnhof. The campaign has only just begun. 30 companies are already involved and have donated money that will go to the Tönisvorst-based medical aid organization Action Medeor. A long-term collaboration is being established with a hospital in the city of Ternopil, a good 100 kilometers east of Lviv.
