Silicone flat gasket for PEM fuel cells

Our silicone flat gaskets offer exceptional dimensional stability, ensuring precise alignment during stacking.

The advanced manufacturing process results in an ultra-smooth surface finish, which guarantees excellent gas and water tightness within the cell—even under minimal contact pressure. This eliminates the need for additional sealing components.

The material is available in customizable thicknesses, typically ranging from 200 to 700 µm. During production, we maintain a tight thickness tolerance of just a few micrometers, supporting consistent performance across applications.

Your requirements for the material

When producing our silicone flat seals, we meticulously follow your specifications for the material.

Our silicone seal with a PET core comes in various thicknesses and can be offered in either single-sided or double-sided coated options.

We can achieve the optimal layer thickness based on the customer’s plate design, accurate to within a few micrometers of the requested value.

Our product is available on rolls for your mass production needs, and we can also supply the material in specific formats if necessary.

The material can generally be processed using laser or water jet methods, as well as standard punching tools.

We provide DIN A4 samples of our standard coating thicknesses for testing. Additionally, we offer test production services for a fee, starting from as little as one square meter, as per agreement.

This material is also suitable for various other applications, including the electrolysis and e-bike sectors, among others.
