Process liner MEA production

Production of membrane electrode assemblies is increasingly shifting to a roll-to-roll process to enhance cost efficiency and facilitate large-scale manufacturing. The individual components, such as the catalyst-coated membrane (CCM) and sub-gasket film, are trimmed to size and assembled into the MEA using a sophisticated continuous web method.

Process liners are employed to guide the various MEA components, serving to protect and customize the materials. Our PET film with a specialized silicone coating has proven to be an effective solution for this purpose.

We offer suitable liner solutions for both CCM and subgasket film.
