Interface between laboratory and production: Our modular P1 pilot plant is ideal for the development of new products and connects your laboratory with production.
The system has flexible process variants thanks to the modular structure of Click&CoatTM. It can be equipped with different application units. For a thin coating of 0.5 to 5 µm thickness with liquids of high viscosity, a 5-roller applicator can be used. Higher application thicknesses of 30 to over 300 µm can be achieved with a doctor blade process. Flexo printing is realized with chambered doctor blades, anilox and print sleeves.
The material, whether film, paper or non-woven, can be pre-treated with a corona system to increase the surface energy. Drying or curing is possible both thermally with four dryer modules and with UV LED rays. It is possible to laminate other materials after coating.
The tension can be set as required during winding and unwinding, while the edge control is responsible for straight-edged wound rolls.
The process data is documented and can be evaluated so that the process can be scaled up. Particularly high demands on the cleanliness of the production environment are made possible by the elaborately equipped air filter system with an F9 filter.
