Our new LB-Super Smooth Liner has a comparable smoothness to solvent based products, however without using any organic solvents. The new developed liner fits perfectly to our product range of completely solvent free liners.
As far as we know, it is the first new development of this type of product worldwide.
The coated film is not only smoother, but gives as well much lower friction. The rubber-like effect of a normal solvent free silicone coating is gone. Due to the low friction effect the amount of silicone transferred to the roller, for example when coating with adhesives, is reduced to a minimum.
