The following analysis devices and methods provide us with reliable and reproducible results both in the laboratory and in production environments.

• Release force determinations: show how adhesive tapes react with release liners. The angle and speed of the trigger are variable here.
• X-ray fluorescence measurements: precisely determine the layer thickness of the silicone on the surface. The calibration is standardized to g/m².
• AAS measurements (atomic absorption spectroscopy): make the curing of the coatings measurable via the extractable components.
• FTIR spectrometer (FourierTransform InfraRed Spectroscopy): characterize the silicones, carrier materials and finished products.
• Confocal microscopy: shows the nature of the surface in high resolutions and can measure the topography.
