Antistatische Folien sind auf dem der- zeitigen Markt sehr teuer und nicht in jeder Farbe und Dicke verfügbar. Außerdem sind diese Folien oft mit hohen Mindestabnahmemengen verbun- den. Gerade bei lösungsmittelfreien Silikonsyste- men, treten auf der antistatisch vorbehandelten Seite häufig Probleme mit Silikonmigration bzw. Silikonabrieb auf. All diese Probleme löst unser neuer LB-Antistatic Liner! Antistatic coating for films Our new developed antistatic coating on PET film allows us to offer an antistatic liner with per- fect silicone curing and anchorage. The speciality of our liner is the long lasting antistatic effect also on both sides silicone coated film. Commer- cially available antistatic films are quite expensive in the current market and not available in every color and caliper. In addition, these films come usually with high MOQ’s. Coating antistatic films with solvent free silicone systems often results in migration and rub off problems. All these prob- lems are solved by our new LB-Antistatic Liner!
